Hey there, I’m your impersonal trainer Spyder Darling and I’m here to say that no amount of running or weight training will let you have more than one “cheat day” a week. But a little, twenty minutes or so of brisk walking, light stretching and or hand weight work, whatever you can handle comfortably but with a little bit of a challenge, will go a long way and pay big fitness dividends as opposed to doing nothing but ordering another twelve pack of pork rinds from Amazon.
