How’s your weekend going?
Happy Caturday, I just stopped by to say
And remind you that just because it’s the weekend
Doesn’t mean it’s time to be weak
Even if outside it’s raining
You can still manage some indoor training
Just don’t reward yourself
With that whole can of bag of nacho chips
If you want your efforts and gains to stick
And if after all that your mojo still ain’t working
