Bet with your head, not over it. And never on the Jets.
Huddle up, team! I’m Spyder Darling and in my 50 plus years of watching football it’s hard to say I’ve learned anything more important than: if you want to see a team perform in a way they never have before but necessarily in a good way, put money on them. That said, here’s what I think is gonna start happening in about half an hour.
Eagles -7 @ Giants, Philadelphia is a juicy, jacked up juggernaut, with or without Cheez Whiz
Bills -10 vs. Jets, Buffalo is good to go as long as quarterback Josh Allen is too.
Bavens +2 @ Steelers, Baltimore, or the Poes as I call them, should have little trouble picking apart Pittsburgh’s playoff hopes.
Cowboys -17 vs. Texans, “America’s Team” should have little trouble securing bragging rights to Texas and then the entire NFL, God (a known Cowboy fan, which is why they have a hole in the stadium roof, so he can watch too) willing.
Titans -3 vs. Jaguars, Tennessee by at least three sounds good to me.
Bengals -4 vs. Browns, after Cincinnati dispatched the Chiefs last week with extreme prejudice, Cleveland, the buckle of the rust belt, should present little difficulty.
