The Easiest Thing You Can Do To Lose Weight
Bonus: it doesn’t involve diet or exercise!
Hey y’all! Limitless Life Coach Spyder Darling here with a quick insider’s tip for Weight Loss Wednesday (although this works any day and should be done every day).
And bonus! It doesn’t involve diet or exercise! Though awful truth be told, those elements are kind of important too.
That said, it doesn’t matter if you want to lose a few pounds or a ton. It’s of the utmost importance to weigh yourself every day.
Just once a day, don’t go crazy. So the first thing in the morning when you get done in the bathroom, get on your scale and write the digit down on a handy calendar or journal. What you don’t have a scale, calendar or journal? Sounds like someone needs to go to CVS.
Keeping a log of your weight loss journey will help keep you on track and also give your sub-conscious something to keep in mind when you feel the potato chips calling when a little trail mix would do the trick.
It sounds a little wacky but it works and is probably the easiest thing you can do to get those not so sexy Xs out of your XXXL shirt. Take it from me, Spyder D.
